📦 Order Status & Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update.

🚚 Shipping Information

We offer free shipping within the USA and Europe. Delivery typically takes:

  • 🇺🇸 USA: 7 business days

  • 🇪🇺 Europe: 15 business days

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with tags attached. Custom/personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrect.

🖼️ Custom Orders

All our garden flags are custom-made from your pet's photo. Please ensure high-quality images are uploaded during checkout. If we need additional information, we will contact you before processing.

🧾 Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once production begins, we cannot modify custom designs.

💳 Payment & Security

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely through Shopify Payments.
